When I had Comcast, I called information for a number and I found out when I got my new bill they charged me like 20 dollars for each information call? Why is every monthly bill different than the last one, usually higher?

I have an antenna tv and get only three channels, that’s why I’m on my phone a lot. I refuse to pay 120 a month to watch only a couple of channels I like.
