But the issue is you can’t just recall a judge because people didn’t like his/her decision on a trial. If that’s the case judges will always be concerned about the public’s opinion of them and may have conflict of interest

That's a bit of oversimplification in your argument. Just as judges can apply the law judiciously to individuals based on the case evidence., the people can do the same with these recalls. 1/

People should have the right to recall when they feel that the judge's ability to apply the law judiciously to all has evaporated.

Yep. The law allows for this and the voters followed the law.
