This type of policing should sicken us all. This man is clearly sadistic and deserves to lose his job and get punched in the face a few times

This article conveniently leaves out this person's criminal past.....Shes on probation.

They don’t care if you’re a criminal or not, if they are having a bad day, they feel like they can take it out on any poor citizen they want to.

Even if you were a criminal the question is was overly excessive force used to detain. Was there abuse of power? And from the video yes. Evem criminals have rights

She was not even an underage drinker...which is what she was mistaken for...Americans are getting tired of being physically assaulted by out of control police...

She took a breathalyzer twice!! She was not drunk! I think the cop was out of line I see no reason for him to punch her

"Weinman is charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, spitting at an officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and being a minor in possession of alcohol." From the article. My error was saying drunk. She's just another NJ arse, not a drunk.

Well, as far as the police are concerned Every Criminal says: "I am not a criminal". I think what she claimed is just an example of what Some people do when they are guilty of being intoxicated in public.

So now it’s okay for police to punch females in the head? Didn’t know that was apart of takedown techniques!! And how is the video not enough evidence to see that punching her is excessive force... @NewJerseyAG

The Second Amendment is for tyrannical government, Cops are 100% on control. Cops know that they will not get prosecuted, no matter how egregious their actions. Proof just using Google cops attacking civilians, you will be overwhelmed.

Just watched her interview and she comes off as an entitled white girl who thinks she did nothing wrong. And THAT attitude is what caused the situation to get out of hand. And yes, the officer was aggressive, also.
