A statement from the law firm representing the boy says his family's "thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to those involved,". One Of them OWNS THE GUNS! Why isn’t one of those “concerned” family members in JAIL? Not locking guns same as handing to him!

Child Shooter, 2 words that shud never be in a sentence! If he had just 1 gun that went off accidentally, maybe not charge as adult, but 2 guns & knife? Victims alive because he didn’t shoot the .45! Wasn’t accident, he meant to KILL. That’s not a child!

"Under Indiana law, a 13-year-old can only be tried as an adult if a murder was successful." - Even if the terms were met, I'm still not convinced a 13 year old should be charged as an adult. He should be punished, but he's definitely not mature enough to be considered an adult.
