Hmm, aren't ELKS in their NATURAL HABITAT and HUMANS are POACHERS who should be warned and alert of animals in their NATURAL HABITAT? Why ELSE call it a NATURE PARK unlike a city or suburban park? @YellowstoneNPS

Those moronic assholes should just Leave them alone and when they see one just stay away. Seriously your title should be « another brainless reckless women was attacked by a wild Elk while trying to cuddle it or to make a selfie without »

I've spent a lot of time in Yellowstone. Used to live in St. Anthony, Idaho which isn't too far from W. Yellowstone. I've had run-ins with Moose, Bear and Elk. I would rather encounter the bear again if I had to make the choice. Elk and moose are way more agressive.
