        Way to go @CBSNews even though none of the examples given involve self-pardoning. If a president can pardon him-/herself why is not that president above the law? The next opinion piece should be about how the president is above the law.

        He can't.The DoJ says no and Nixon's lawyers confirmed it. Plus as Guiliani conveniently keeps telling us, the president cannot be indicted so this investigation is an impeachment case for Trump. And he can't pardon an impeachment case. You're welcome.
