Wonder if they will pay their gay employees the same wage...
Oh wait, they discriminate against the LBGT community. -
Maybe they get 16.99 ...just to let them know what's up...
-
Oops, payroll error.. that penny will reflect on your next paycheck..

Chick-fil-A has a history of work discrimination! Not an equal opportunity employer!
-
Thank you for recognizing. Why is Chick-fil-A being glorified. We must understand they only provide the wage for specific people

Good for the business owner. I am not against this. I am against the government forcing a business to pay more because they deem it reasonable. Let the market decide. If employees don’t like their wage, then don’t take the job or leave. That’s the market deciding
-
Your "free market" crap is fantasy. There're no where else to go if all employers pay below a living wage in that particular industry. Workers must own the means of production and be part of the planning. Otherwise u get this corporate dictatorship

Might be a living wage in Arkansas but it's not even close to it in Los Angeles

.Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Chick-fil-A a Christian organization? Why would a franchisee owner do such a thing? Is it because the business is extremely successful & the owner is choosing to share his good fortune? Some might call it a good Christian thing to do.

Waiting for the screams of "socialism" and "liberalism" while the same people have no problem with a CEO making 300+ times what his/her employees do (and also getting huge tax breaks that the minimum wage workers don't get).
-
Nope a true capitalist sees that this is a company doing well and passing the profits down to its employees in a service oriented business. Go to any FF restaurant and then to chick-fil-a and tell me the difference!
