"When you get letters from the highest level of government, you expect them to be at least mechanically correct." A retired South Carolina teacher critiques the "stylistically appalling" prose in a letter sent to her signed by President Trump. https://cbsn.ws/2JcCE95 pic.twitter.com/WroEF5S5ke

I doubt you'd be so dismissive if Obama had signed a letter written like this.

And this is news CBS. Geez, you really are stooping to a lower form of life. I’m sure a teacher in society today probably doesn’t have a grasp on correct grammar anyway. Too worried abt trans bathrooms & brainwashing kids w/their progressive agenda. #FakeNews #CBS

Yeah, I kinda ran through that tweet without reading it. Good call. And yes CBS is a fake news outlet. Touché Dacks.

They are stooping to lower levels on a daily basis. Most of this stuff coming from mainstream media isn’t news or funny satire, it’s just taking cheap shots. I’m considering starting my own blog or a daily tweets slamming these outlets. Reverse the roles. #HappyMemorialDay Fred.

Reverse away! You should consider no further and start your blog. CBS obviously has no class and should be backing our president 💯%. Instead of lame, attempts at backstabbing.

Do you really suppose the President of the United States writes and then types letters to random schoolteachers? Find the intern who wrote it using the skills he learned in the public schools that she's so fond of.

lol.. the lengths you will go to when you hate someone so much they live in your head 24/7. Where's the critique of people she admires? ;)

Also notice.. she doesn't comment on what the letter actually says so she resorts to grammar policing. A classic last-ditch effort when you are losing an argument. ;)

Most people are terrible writers. This is particularly true of lawyers, MBAs and politicians. The POTUS is two of those broad distinctive.

Really though. A letter from the President of the United States regarding school shootings and what he plans to do to counter these atrocities is being attacked for grammar & style? When you have to stoop this low, you know you're wrong. Truly pathetic.
