        Since you clearly have a process to identify criminals, why not allow people to seek asylum at ports of entry, as required by law, deport murderers and allow people seeking safety to proceed with their cases? It's almost like that's how this is all supposed to work 🤔

        They are working as fast as they can but currently lack the facilities to house a large influx. To truly qualify for asylum is a difficult case to prove and poverty doesn’t fall under the terms nor does escaping gang violence. I have friends from Pakistan who have proof and

        Do you really think those with a criminal past are going to passively show up at a port of entry and apply for asylum willing to submit to a full background check? Most are economic migrants who know they won’t qualify and have no intention of doing so
