What he’s talking about are ppl stock piling legally then selling to the black market. Half the guns on the black market come from domestic sales. It is part of the problem but not the only problem, that’s for sure.

On one side you have 2 million Canadian's who legally own guns and don't harm anyone. On the other you have 10,000 criminals who do not legally own a gun. Let's tighten the noose on the good guys and leave the bad guys alone. SMH!
