In St. Louis, with with its ethnic diversity, tensions and reactions can be self destructive, but it also has shown that World's Fair, working together, and better opportunity to better themselves can do wonders for their community.
That's not a fact, most are purposely lead astray. DEMOCRATIC run urban cities start with poor education (how do you overcome that??) Now that's a fact, this leads to crime, drop out rates and drugs. I know, I live in such a city & running for office to change this.

When you consider its size, and see the sizes of schools, you know when they have banners saying they now have air conditioning fuel to the community support, it indicates that they still have some drive in a more positive direction.
