    Coffee can replace meals, right? I'm not going nuts? Pretty sure as someone who puts words on paper as a hobby, I can and am even expected to replace food with coffee on occasion.

    Last night, we drew a map for our dark ages Vampire game, taking place in a fictional area of south England. Visualizing the terrain and locations of settlements does wonders for building a cast of characters, their domains, and their political conflicts.

    Anyone curious, I've turned my random rolled stats from my prior tweet into a reboot of a Witch character I once played. Hailing from a background of betrayal and slavery due to her mixed dark elf and human heritage, she's become a vessel for the Patron of Insanity.

    This is good. This is real good.

    In a game my friend played an elf on the run from an arranged marriage—bc she had married another. Eventually the party helped convince her she was better off without him—he was absent & sounded like a jerk. My character died. DM said I could be anything. I chose to be him.

    Tonight is character gen for a weekend Pathinder one shot. Roll three arrays of stats. 4d6 drop lowest. This is what I got. Suggestions? I wanted to go Human Brawler, but I don't know anymore. Maybe a spellcaster for that sweet 18.

    This is Bubbles, the monkey that my Sabbat Nosferatu ghouled. Bubbles enjoyed Obfuscating, wearing suits, smoking cigars, and learning Animalism so he too could talk to other animals. But mostly, he just brought us the whiteboard for Pack Planning.

    I've been gaming on a weekly basis since about 2011. I've had to pause for life-reasons since the end of April. This weekend, we're doing Session 0 for Pathfinder and VtM Dark Ages games. It's going to be pretty good to hear dice hit the table again.

    Day 29: Favorite Item As a plot device, I made The Ring of Caine. Wearable only by a 13th gen, it lowered the Generation of the wearer by one for each sacrifice of a very specific member of each main Clan. The wearer used his power to lead a Sabbat war across the US.

    Mandra took awhile to forgive him for saving her. She and The Coyote were close. I had printed NPC stats on index cards, and when The Coyote's body was found after being left out for sunrise, I gave the index card to my player. He carries it in his wallet to this day.

    Each Gangral was on opposite ends of a sewer hallway, about to be stake-harpooned by hunters. The Brujah won initiative, but even with Celerity, could only reach one Gangrel. He chose to save Mandra, leaving The Coyote to be staked and dragged away. [More Below]

    Day 28: Most Intense RP I gave a Brujah player the choice to save a Gangrel he had been warming up to the entire game or a different Gangrel that had just opened up to him about his tragic past. [More Below]

    Day 27: Most Dice Rolled This probably isn't fair since I was ST, but I think it might have been between 15 and 20. Between an NPC's moderate physical stats, physical disciplines, and Blood Buffing, it's not that hard. Plus, STs can roll whatever they want.
