    I consider myself a lifelong learner. The world changes and life brings new challenges. I need to be an agile learner too. I need to understand my competencies and how I learn best. I need to know when to move and when to settle in.

    Q1: Do you consider yourself "being a lifelong learner?" *and what are possible benefits?

    A8: Twitter! I love sharing my Ss and colleagues work. It is a great way to let others know what is going on and how great things are happening in education! A classroom Twitter or Insta page allows for so many opportunities to share and have others share back!

    A8: Humility is one of the most important character traits. I always try to celebrate others and their work- whether it is my Ss or my colleagues. I write notes and give small gifts. It is important that we celebrate each other and model that for our Ss.

    A6: Publish anything that gets Ss voices out there! is a great tool for capturing Ss work. I am also a big fan of teacher curated YouTube sites. When you gives Ss the opportunity the make great stuff

    A7: We do ‘Teach Yo’ Self’, where Ss become experts on a math topic and teach their classmates. They LOVE it and sometimes have a way of explaining something in a way they need to understand it.

    A8: cookie days. never a reward never bribery. Just because cookies are delicious and fun and good treats helps bring everyone together and set a great mindset.

    A7: This year I had Ss who decided they wanted to make changes and formed their own student action group. They also took it upon themselves to go to the elementary school and teach groups ofSs how to use tech tools. It was amazing and all driven by them.

    A8: I do my best to compliment what I see going on in other classes or when I’m talking to other Ts or Ss. I like to leave notes or send emails of appreciation. I know how it is to be overlooked and never want other Ts or Ss to feel that way.

    A6: My Ss wrote “How to Make a Thanksgiving Dinner” stories. They were so hilarious and creative, our local newspaper published them 😂 We started utilizing to share our work and ideas, which makes them feel so excited to create.
