When I give to charity now, it's in the form of a coffee, a sandwich and a sit down chat with a homeless person. I refuse to fund big charities. "26 new [sexual misconduct allegation] cases have come forward recently. Some relate to the UK, and some relate to Oxfam work abroad"https://twitter.com/guardian/status/965904822280089600 …
If just a small fraction of the stories I've been told privately by #csa campaigners proved to be true, then I don't think any of the major children's charities are going to come out of this looking good.

It's long since been obvious that evil preys on the weak wherever they are to be found. I once assumed charities would build in safeguards to protect those vulnerable people they 'support' from such risk. I haven't assumed that for a while now though. On the contrary.

I agree John. It’s getting worse not better and those in close proximity who stand by and say nothing shld also be accountable. Have I remembered correctly you have a son with autism? I apologise if I am not correct it’s a while since we have spoken.
