I didn't have to look for very far. No one, absolutely no one, wanted to explain or reassure, believe me my family would have welcomed open and transparent. Weary of families being labelled. Really, why does that much lack of empathy, insight continue? So upsetting.

It's staggering, isn't it Deb? What you all went through at Mid Staffs should've been enough to rid us of such attitudes, yet here we still are. It's not like there's been only good news since either. Lessons learned, my a**e!
