I’m sceptical of forms and schemes.. the Swan is implemented by a nurse, who has rigorously trained all staff (bottom to top) to understand what it means. The staff live the same values (have met some) They don’t pretend it’s perfect.

As for the bereavement care,I have had 2x chats with 2x nurses up there one year apart and it was priceless. they really ‘get it’
