If everyone gave positive feedback does that mean that you and your son don't exist? Or does it mean that they are being extremely poor historians with significant defects in their ability to remember facts they don't want to remember?

I have many who contact me being failed by this Trust and the MH ward manager told me they have no responsibility for my sons physical care. It’s a 100% crock of poo :(

Perhaps we could properly document this anomaly. It’s basically fake-news isn’t it, if not substantially true.

Of course it’s fake, no way All gave positive feedback 100% no way, wouldn’t even happen if they were brilliant let alone ‘good’ but they are woefully bad and many failures have been well documented even in the press it’s like NHS choices if someone says they good they take it >

If someone says they bad, they thow it out or deny it it or say you will need to complain and don’t accept it as feedback. It’s fake 100%

Our regulators of our NHS do nothing about the fake news to the vulnerable or hold those responsible for failings as long as they getting paid and protecting the bad they appear to be very happy :( why do we have them again?
