There are a few senior NHS Drs on here who tweet incessantly every day. How on earth are they meeting the commitments of their job plans?

It would be impossible to actually type the tweet but I can see would be possible to dictate to a secretary. Could be sensible in some cases
-
eg if live reporting as a teaching exercise. Dictating a tweet would not detract from doing an operation correctly

Tweet unavailable

At least he was doing an operation ie actually doing what he was paid to do. Such multitasking is possible. Whereas a geriatrician say ....
-
could not be doing his job at same time as tweeting

I used to tweet at work walking down the corridor, or when I was sitting having lunch... ...@ 1 char/sec it took ≤2.3 mins!

Did you ever knock anyone over? Sounds rather dangerous practice to me
