I didn't Ken - sorry if I didn't make it clear. I've not seen anyone refer to the trust's internal report other than in commentary. I've seen no links to the actual published report so far. That is the one you mean?

The word 'exemption' springs to mind as the most likely response, esp with legal manoeuvres still ongoing in the background and a police investigation into the trust, but you could try.
