Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

ZHH I'm looking for the full context of LRI + NHS in Feb 2011 + contrast with today. Looking for the internal report of systemic failings

If you find it, let me know. Don't think I've seen a link to the internal report mentioned anywhere. Even though we don't know how much of its contents were raised in court.

I didn't Ken - sorry if I didn't make it clear. I've not seen anyone refer to the trust's internal report other than in commentary. I've seen no links to the actual published report so far. That is the one you mean?

The word 'exemption' springs to mind as the most likely response, esp with legal manoeuvres still ongoing in the background and a police investigation into the trust, but you could try.

That's quite a list of all the things you perceive it to be about. But you appear to have forgotten one: It's about Jack Adcock & his family.

Hmm Jack was given O2 right from admission. Hayden didn't get any O2 for 8hrs by which time his lactate was nearing 15.9 and pH 6.7 (way too late). Consultant told inquest that O2 is only available in HDU (not ED or general ward) & also heart rate of 208 was not inappropriate.

Consultant also said that CATS would take 2 hours to arrive at the central London hospital even if they weren't busy. These bold face lies in court (or at least a coroner's court) don't appear to have any consequences. Makes a complete mockery of the judicial system.
