Been scratching my head on this doc, because there are multiple mentions of bloods at various times in the judgement. Seems she had results at the start from somewhere? Blood gases are "near patient test". Machine is in ED to give rapid answer in minutes usually.

But majority of other tests go to lab and time frame for results is more in an hour or two usually

Nice one, thank you. This judgement isn't the clearest document I've ever read. And that's not just down to the clinical content either.
