I can't see that anything is going to change as an outcome for patients. None of this discussion would be happening if a child hadn't died. And I strongly suspect if the family had respect, and answers throughout, this would be a very different situation

Interesting study - thanks. Extends way beyond rudeness of course. All kinds of unusual behaviours can become the norm in any isolated environment.

Ha! That's no joke though. The NLP field relies on the concept that it only takes 1 contradictory experience to counteract a fixed view of the world in its approach to overcoming phobias. I know many take a dim view of NLP, but I can tell you that bit works.
