Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

I'm trying to work my way to the top of this excellent thread this morning, but the top seems to keep moving further away from me, despite my efforts.pic.twitter.com/Sp26d9qGD6

I'm a bit lost John - what thread does your video of the new 'exercise with chickens' fad illustrate :)

Morning Mike. It's another with various branches to it, but the thread in question seemed to reignite after this tweet:https://twitter.com/marktaylor18/status/962049738542477313 …

Reflections have not off the table. Interestingly the @gmcuk And @MPS_Medical will have been telling the truth when say e-portfolio wasn’t used. Jack’s death was when paper portfolios were used. This was document that locum sent in to CPS See letter here. https://twitter.com/hwganendodoc/status/962015781469921280 …

Don't you just love how 'with various branches to it' often 'reduces your brain to mush'? Well - it does that to me!

You're not alone in being overwhelmed by some of these monster threads Mike. I've been chasing that same one all morning and still nowhere near catching it up. God knows what else I'm missing as a result.

Look on the bright side - there are many things on Twitter, which are probably better missed on 'preservation of mental health' grounds! But - really annoying 'if the thread definitely 'looks interesting' - 'but I can't find it!'.

Very true. Sometimes a Twitter break is the only way to preserve one's sanity. It's a bottomless pit of opportunities to lose your day to it sometimes.

I blame @DrMarkTaubert :) We 'stumbled into each other' a year or so ago: I asked Mark 'how come I don't find you in BMJ rapid responses' and Mark said 'you should join Twitter'. BMJ rrs are definitely less of threat to mental well-being than Twitter!

I've not looked at the e-mail tread you sent to me yet - I've been distracted by an e-mail the CQC sent to me, and this weekend I'll be trying to be distracted by the rugby - but I'll try to look at it next week [I strongly suspect I will not understand it].

I think given the other material you've managed to grasp, it shouldn't be difficult for you to understand. It's just the volume that is unhelpful. Need to come up with a summary really.

The 40 phases of 'pick up and go' to set up the sexton drop goal were remarkable - about 3 minutes of 'when are they going to make a mistake?' followed by a drop goal from about 15 yards further out than ideal!
