Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Niggling thought of the day: Why are doctors saying that this week GMC made patients less safe? Why were patients still safe when #BawaGarba got convicted of gross negligent manslaughter, but we're not now she's been struck off? Does loss of career hold more fear than conviction?

My working life since 2009 & attending International Forum On Quality & Safety in Healthcare has been committed to striving to improve on the significant minute by minute threats to #patientsafety endemic in the NHS. So endemic they go unnoticed #OrdinaryWrongs not #BadApples

Crucial work and I sincerely thank you for it, but I'm not sure how that addresses the delayed outrage point Gordon? For what it's worth, I also consider #OrdinaryWrongs & #BadApples to be mutually excusive concepts, not an either/or discussion. Both need attention, imho.

Patients have been shouting about it for a VERY long time. It's a shame it took a criminal conviction and erasure to wake people up, but whatever works...pic.twitter.com/okMYA2ipEV

Pst I don't want to upset you but yours have a button to click which kind of reduces the hilarity. Maybe ask the expert. ;)

That does sound like the more gentle option, I'll give you that. But gentle prods have done little up until now. The snoring continued, even as the volume ramped up. It's taken an explosive event that had personal implications for clinicians (allegedly) for people to finally stir

#patientsafety Between #Stamford & #Grantham on A1 in 1960s many Avoidable Deaths On 3 lane both directions single carriageway. Warnings & Law enforcement no effect. Needed building of safer dual carriageway. We are at a rudimentary stage in the travel to better #patientsafety
