Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Ridiculous overreaction especially in view of fact that she was not made to divulge reflections and they were not taken into account https://www.medicalprotection.org/uk/for-members/press-releases/press-releases/e-portfolios-remain-an-important-part-of-a-doctor-s-professional-development … Can you answer did you tell this patient about the drug error? #candour

No, actually. It's a professional duty, not a statutory one like Francis recommended. The trust has that. Could get oneself into bother with GMC tho! This is what the law says about a doctor's obligation to be candid under this system, believe it or not:https://twitter.com/c7rky/status/937834344336457728 …

I found that piece in the past too, but after debating in with lawyers on here, I concluded it's wrong. The only time it's criminal is if it's done to cover up another crime - then it's perverting the course of justice, as in our case. But treatment w/o consent is assault, so..

The absence of a legal Duty of Candour was first exposed by Robbie's case at the High Court in Cardiff in 1996. It took almost 2 decades to have the legal DoC will now has which is useless & as intended. Below is will's email to Sir Robert which was sentpic.twitter.com/MQqmlbmKHX
