And indeed, she was given a 2yr sentence but it was suspended. This is about the medical world's attempts to challenge the High Court's view because they think they know better. Even without a transcript of the trial. Today showed how wrong they can be even on fundamental details

On this basis, we could question every court judgement, surely? Keep trying till result suits.
Clinicians enjoy legal representation most families could only dream of. If that wasn't adequate, then someone should ask why not (too late tho). If it was adequate, then she's guilty.
