For refusing the NHS the right to hold any medical records about you Andy. It's possible, but a highly complex process to achieve it, as well as coming with significant implications. You have to have a really good reason to want to do it.

My understanding is that, going forward, you can prevent future records from being kept by the NHS but you are not able to have historical records erased or amended. Is that correct John?

You can if you legally sign yourself out of NHS entitlement I've just emailed
@NHSEngland and explained myself Its a safeguarding strategy and I do want every shred of paper they hold on me. Complaints process as you know doesn't work at Trust or PHSO level I feel relieved#ABUSE
