I think the fragmentation of healthcare in UK is such a shame. The devolved governments have not really taken not of Francis in my opinion. Although on safe staffing England is falling behind

Stat individual duty of candour Single regulator Safe staffing levels All ignored. It was only ever going to end badly. And now it has. What happens next, matters. This inquiry may be the clearest picture yet exposed of the cover up culture we all knew existed. It has to end.
