I disagree. I don't think it helps to criminalise people who have set out to do good who have no issues identified of character, attitude, training etc. Meanwhile, doctors eg stealing & supplying controlled drugs get suspended sentences, where large questions of character exist.

Yikes indeed. I have absolute sympathy for your lack of sleep - I'd be the same. I don't want to criminalise honest (non reckless/grossly negligent) medical error. Who'd want to be a doctor then? We're all human. It's the lies & cover ups I want people charged for. No excuses.
