Why were patients still safe when #BawaGarba got convicted of gross negligent manslaughter, but we're not now she's been struck off?

Absolutely understand. I knew all those cases, although hadn't picked up on the interesting fact that the doctors chose to report concerns as a group in Belfast. Thinking/dancing.
