Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

I seem to remember a few years back an ordinary nurse on the BBC blowing the whistle often wonder what became of her. The point remains if you raise issues you report it to the very people who created them in the first place & they will make your life hell or get rid of you asap

Paediatrician who wrote out son's damning SUI was pressured into retracting her criticisms of care and apologising for causing distress to the doctors and nurses. Yes, our son's inquest was used as a forum for blaming the investigator and giving compassion to the negligent staff

Staff were offered counselling after LB's death. The other four patients who were there, offered crap all.

Got a template 'sorry for your loss' letter from the acting CEO within a week or so. Letter from Social Care director @OxfordshireCC months later.

Don't forget they also sent a supportive letter to LB after his death, explaining how important his good health was to them and telling him how he should co-operate in their efforts to maintain it. Brilliant, eh? <sarkface >

So every other organisation managed to get it right... except the one responsible for LB's death? Just how uncaring can care get?

John Radcliffe hospital has a one letter thing which contacts everyone for you (brilliant service). @Southern_NHSFT and @OxfordshireCC managed to buck it with one joint letter.
