There are too many people in positions of power in the NHS who don't care. They are also the same people who are either stepping on or exhausting the people who do.

What Milgram really showed us is that although we have instinct, that instinct can be overwhelmed by manipulation. But not forever. Whistleblowers are just using their instinct. Basic survival skills. Telling, really...

In simple terms Skinner's ideas are like carrot and stick to manipulate or influence someone's behaviour - either persuading someone to do something or not do something.

I know from some exposure to NLP that it mentions a 'towards & away from' concept. Behaviour being motivated by one or the other, in theory. Similar theme?
