Plenty of people saw this coming. It's like throwing the NHS off a cliff and expecting it not to smash into the ground. Those in charge knew this would be inevitable & are complicit, imho.

Doesn't matter what model you've got, if people keep dipping their hands in the £100bn+ till. Whether it's pure fraud, or just misusing £millions of taxpayer's money on lawyers to cover up your wrongdoing, protect your reputation and defend the often indefensible.
