Not in this case, it's not. The signature doesn't make a jot of difference in mitigating the risk I'm talking about here I'm afraid - as acknowledged by CQC/NHSE/GMC. If you read the articles I linked to before, it will hopefully explain more.

Can you currently post URLs in your tweets? I've had intermittent issues with that for days, and the problem is now also afflicting
@DrMarkTaubert -
Twitter can be fickle sometimes. I assume you're on a PC? A refresh of the tab, or even a cut & paste into a new window entirely may help sometimes, but not always.
-
Case of 'not' I'm afraid - and it does seem to be something that only started last week. Typically at the moment can't paste URLs using my own laptop and library WiFi - perhaps can paste later, when I'm using wired-in library computers. But - annoying!

Infuriating, I realise. As I said... fickle.

It is interesting. I used to discuss EoL with clinicians, by e-mail, for about 6 or 7 years, but hardly any people on the 'user side'. Since joining Twitter, new contacts with other annoyed bereaved relatives. But - I still prefer e-mail, for anything at all complex.

Many of those I've come to know on here will also talk on email/telephone too. This is just a hub, but a very powerful networking and information sharing tool, if used well.
