Perhaps you could cite where this information can be found then we can all say it's just a misunderstanding have our coco and go to bed
I'm sure a 'good death' or whatever other phrase is in fashion, will mean different things to different people. Finding an approach which accounts for that variation is always going to be problematic.

We try to forget 'deaths' - it is the AWFUL deaths that 'linger with the bereaved'.
