What about this example; patient was reportedly left traumaticised, unable to work (as a nurse) on learning that (failed) liver transplant had been branded with surgeon’s initials 4-days prior. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-42663518 … Would it have been ethical, compassionate, to withhold info.?
-
