Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

conversation illustrates tricky dynamic docs, nurses,, paramedics, social workers, AHPs see 1000s every year, every problem, mindful of needs of all service/potential service users -who are genuine experts in own condition, own family, own experience. Both have valid perspectives

if we then have one "bubble" of service users who have had terrible personal experiences/loss/harm and another group of professionals who are overworked, short staffed, demoralised and constantly in fear of complaint or disciplinary action both sharing stories with peers....

anyone who comes in to the conversation, calmly, politely, factually, trying to introduce some balance, talk about the overview, bigger picture, objective evidence rather than anecdote - often understandably emotive, gets shouted down or looks like they don't care.

Sadly i came to the (hiden) lcp seeing it used to kill my mother & cover up bad lawyers trying to steal her home. The lcp is abused for many reasons & vices. The ex coroner of chester is corrupt and other crimes have been done by using the lcp. The is being done all over the uk.pic.twitter.com/LUgZB7GUYK

The eol is a complex area. Human nature is sadly weak. If you could prevent crimes using the lcp and ....but you cant. @ChrisM4Chester why are healthy babies being dehydrated & cremated in chester. What did the police find.... That is the prob with eol. Why did eldey get killed 4

There will be bad practice everywhere, and we MUST lead from that. But not extrapolate that this means bad care everywhere. What did u make of page7?

that is the point. Because one person has terrible care and because they speak to another 100 who also did (or assert or believe that they did) it doesnt mean everyone or most people do. Same with teachers, paramedics, social workers, cops, physios, care homes etc. Can't tar all

It's no friend at all. It's an unwelcome visitor that many struggle to make leave. A situation I fear we are destined to repeat until duty of candour and medical record integrity issues are properly addressed.https://twitter.com/c7rky/status/940585975247507456 …

The anger which comes with bereavement is a phase that comes to an end. The anger which comes from learning that the cause of a bereavement has been covered up, tends to linger. Understandably so, one might say. Maybe we should start by minimising that damage...
