Anyone labeled with a MH problem suddenly has less legal rights and can never legally recover Of someone has written something that a Dr feels would upset the MH pt it can be removed from subject access request data This is illegal if person has no MH diagnostic opinion on file

Just a mo you were threatened with arrest when you took your confidential records from a communal (public) area and placed them in a move secure location which the staff could still access? That's ridiculous Regardless of ownership the confidentiality angle is worrying

Indeed. They stored (and still do as far as I know) our medical records IN THE LIVING ROOM. It was terrifying.

To be profitable you need ‘your’ service users to be compliant. You make them compliant by making them know their place. You do this by making them scared.
