But you can 'mute a conversation' if you don't want to see any more of it. Works a treat
This point, I can relate to. I've only got 1500 followers, but a deluge of notifications on a given thread can be somewhat overwhelming. I can only imagine it gets worse as your follower count goes up. https://twitter.com/mancunianmedic/status/949985258442813441 …

That's true. Damn. I guess my search for common ground with David will have to continue. I was trying so hard too...

I've had a couple of run ins with him, he didn't like me questioning him and he played the 'I've got more followers than you' card, along with 'I write articles for x'. I don't like that perceived superiority as other opinions are equally valid.

Hehe. Funny you should say that.https://twitter.com/c7rky/status/949813071052197888 …

Oh I've just noticed... that's another of the tweets he deleted. Oh well...

Sometimes he was fine and sometimes he didn't seem to be able to control his behaviour. I wondered whether there was some underlying problem.

I wouldn't be qualified to comment (before somebody else points it out). That's the infuriating part about him for me though. He can say the most sensible things at times. Other times, not so much.

Nor I, hence why I haven't expressed a view. He says a lot of pertinent things, but questioning my credential for commenting on health matters without knowing anything about my career I felt was rude.

I guess so? Hadn't considered that. Pretty sure he'll still have a lot more active followers than me mind you.
