Harold Shipman devoted his whole working life to the profession too. That's all I'm saying...

That makes sense John. I have heard the whole defamation and harassment ones many times now. Accused of libel by Twitter a few days back. I just get on with my day to be honest.
-
Accused by Twitter themselves? Or by somebody on Twitter? I understand the only defence against defamation is being able to prove in court that what you have said is true? I would welcome the chance, frankly. But they're not daft enough to give me that chance.
-
No just by individuals. I don’t believe that you have to prove you are telling the truth, I think they have to prove you are not which in our case would be impossible for them to do hence they won’t take that route but like you would relish the court day

I'm no expert on the law tbh. Although I've picked up a fair bit about consent law along the way. I just stick to the truth and avoid using names unless/until I secure a conviction. Which I'm still working on. Figure I'm safe that way.

If I am honest in a criminal capacity I do not believe there ever will be convictions so therefore for me it is not about that. After Ben died the Doctors were invisible even those with sketchy pasts. We could not find anything about them. That will never be the same again
-
Really? Even with all the evidence you have to hand? Any particular reason?
-
Based on the response we received from the Police it is clear that they are being told information from someone else as what they have said is not true, has no evidence to support and sounds like what the hospital originally said.
