Being a plebiscite, GMC haven't even looked at this case. They said PHSO had to investigate + refer drs.

I don't understand that. Why do the PHSO have to refer the doctors to the GMC? You're allowed to submit a complaint directly to them too, surely?

True regulation must take place in the work-place. Most doctors need support help to do a good job and good culture good team to provide the best care and few must be dismissed and referred to the regulator. Current regulation needs

Indeed. Ask any complainant & it'll become clear we all just want 2 things: 1 The whole truth of what happened 2 Reassurance that steps will be taken to ensure nobody else can suffer the same fate Not scalps Not money Not prosecutions They only come later when we don't get 1 & 2
