my now exMP would only address a very small part of the complaint, also totally unable to get any of his letters sent to the right people - he was a total liability.https://twitter.com/C7RKY/status/949308973458624512 …

must admit that I have almost given up - really so hard - we know what happened but getting the NHS complaints system to actually admit fault seems impossible. In the end they do not care. Nothing in life is easy.
-
It's a balancing act. None of want to give up before getting justice, but it's so easy to lose another life chasing that justice down the rabbit hole of NHS cover ups and the negligent law enforcement that allows them to continue unabated.

My now ex-MP told us to sue. The previous one was happy to be put off by DGH when we begged for help when kid was in.
-
Sue how? Clinical negligence case? Not sure how people think that will help sometimes. Unless they just assume we're all ambulance chasers? Doesn't help others when cases are settled out of court in order to avoid scrutiny of evidence.
-
It is extremely difficult to sue unless it is for a newborn. Solicitors don't want high cost x low value cases.
-
Ours went ahead as Legal Aid still existed then. It was our last chance of scrutiny + justice. If now no options if no £

The State doesn't want to scrutinise itself. It isn't politically of financially sensible, so MP was pacifying nil more
