Umm.. Well, the Parliament Heath select committee into the NHS complaints procedure was submissions by December 2010. I sent mass of evidence to prove complaints procedure untenable = nochange. I've a feeling next will be investigation into Inquests also untenable!

Shocking john I know ... we'd never know all this went on if had we not been so unfortunate to be living it ..
-
And it's so far beyond what most reasonable people can even conceive of, that it can be hard to get others to even see it.

I went to police safeguarding came to my house I complained the way the police handled my complaint they only sent same officer's out again investigating themselves their boss DCI came final time I knew before he came he would try close my case not over yet
-
From what I've seen, police are v good at: Not registering crimes Not registering complaints made against them Making the ones they do have to register, disappear. This is clearly not their first rodeo.

the police sent me back to the NHS complaints system when I went to them - they told me they did not get involved in NHS complaints even where the law had been broken.
-
Told me same. Over & over. And when I proved them wrong, I had a memorable one on one meeting with a CH Insp who told me "If you want the police to investigate this, you're going to have to get the IPCC to *make* us do it." He was wrong about that too. An MP & QC did the trick.

"The NHS has to investigate the complaint first" say police So when the NHS lie the police believe them and no police investigation happens (although you could bet your last penny that some would cover up)
-
Everyone told us the same

As you know my case is institutional abuse I've lost count of the times I've been detained and given back to my abusers with less rights than convicted murderers If I get upset about ANYTHING I'm at risk of arrest and imprisonment
-
Sorry should of added I'm arrested/detained and given back to abusers if I try to report they're abuse against me and dare to be upset about it Am I supposed to enjoy being abused?
