I closed my complaint, I deem it unresolved.
-
This was the point that I decided the internal complaints procedure was of no value to me, and that they could all answer for their actions to the police instead tbh. Still working on that...
-
I was told if a crime had been committed then go straight to the police .. I was at that time just a few days to the IR meeting.. I said, I'll wait 4the conclusion of this review & we are pleased we did.. hole got deeper now 18yrs its absolutely disgraceful but whocares?
-
I'd already gone to the police. Didn't make any difference. Yet...
-
Shocking john I know ... we'd never know all this went on if had we not been so unfortunate to be living it ..
-
And it's so far beyond what most reasonable people can even conceive of, that it can be hard to get others to even see it.

That is just bizarre. What did PHSO have to say?
-
"A spokesman for the Trust said the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman found no substance to Mr Clarke’s complaint" > Nothing to see here. Despite PHSO failing to request original records & NHSE/CQC/GMC all subsequently acknowledging the risk. >http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/rogue-doctors-could-be-altering-records-to-hide-their-mistakes-health-bodies-warn-10261093.html …
-
I'm so sorry. That's infuriating.
-
That's certainly one of the words. Corrupt, would be another. They knew what they were trying to avoid, because the investigator understood exactly what I'd found - that was clear during phone calls. He was actually a good man, but suspect he was 'directed' to find as he did.
-
I find it so dispiriting that the supportive, reasonable individuals, who may be imperfect like everyone but who are empathetic, engaging and with some integrity, always seem to be able to be edged out by those who are more ruthless.
-
It's part of the reason why the debate has become so polarised of late, imho. Most of us start out being reasonable. But when that reasonableness is abused and we're treated with contempt, it tends to provoke a more robust and entrenched response.
-
Yes unfortunately that's their plan and why I've been labelled so many things .. ME they don't even know me ..
