I've never wanted anyone to accept my assertions just because I said so. Like many others, I provided evidence. But the PHSO failed to properly investigate that evidence. By all accounts, they are a badly flawed regulator. Among several, sadly.

Indeed. Very true. We’re in it for the long run. I’ve just seen a few similar reviews now and every time, the staff start from a point of no understanding, through the process they seem to ‘get it,’ make the plans for change, until the next rime. It’s a mind numbing cycle

Send us round for another lap. And another... until we collapse or give up. Either will do. And with each passing lap more patients get harmed or killed because lessons go unlearned. Despite vexatious claims to the contrary. (See what I did there..?)
