Surgical teams do not simply drive healthy people from A to B. They paralyze ill people, cut them open, sew them up, make sure they're breathing again and look after them until they go home.

Could not agree more. But currently clinicians often appear more afraid of the consequences of telling the truth, (ask any whistleblower), than of lying. Question is; how do we reverse that? I've not found any real answers yet, but I'm trying...
