sorry - I am a bit of pedant about the use of words. They mean different things to different people & context is vital. Of course we are all looking for a good care outcomes within available resources, equal for all.

When attending workshops & public meetings I often play the innocent and ask for meanings of words & jargon. it is a bit cruel, i know but...hey ho!

That's because many people adopt ideas without thinking through a justification. "Why?" makes them uncomfortable as they don't have a ready answer
