I have seen riots for much less than this. These stats are being hidden to stop outrage. Of the public where made fully aware there would be uproar in society and they know it and that is why they hide them

Spot on. Francis predicted something like a tide of anger from patients if issues went unaddressed, as I recall? That prediction still hangs in the air.
