The attitude to car parking in hospital design now seems to be one of 'if you don't build it, they won't come'. As if that will somehow magically promote green behaviours. But they did come. Lots of them. Surrounding streets are now the absent staff & visitor car-park spaces.
Is this really a hospital issue, or a council/town planning one?
