I didn't really get anywhere with GMC tbh. Dodgy, unnamed expert opinion excerpts & no reference to original forms did the job. NHSE & CQC writing to GMC forced them to acknowledge bigger picture risk, but they still rejected individual complaints.

That seems to be a common opinion and I raised that as a concern. I suppose every case is different and everyone’s experience different. I just hope we have some joy

Well there's a new name at the top now, I gather? So fingers crossed your experience is different. I figured I'd pursue the criminal case first anyway & if I can make that stick, use that to get them to take a long, hard look in the mirror later.

That was my plan but I have now had a year of back and to with the Police hence wanting to speak to a Barrister about the criminal aspect or a specialist in that field
